SkyBuild Properties LLC is a Dubai-based real estate development company with a portfolio of landmark residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and North Africa. Founded in 2004, the company has completed over 85 projects with a combined gross development value exceeding AED 42 billion.
SkyBuild is particularly known for its luxury residential towers in Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai, its award-winning Azura Smart District in Dubai South, and its rapidly expanding presence in Saudi Arabia, where it is developing three major projects in Riyadh and Jeddah under the Vision 2030 infrastructure programme.
Under CEO Fatima Al-Rashid, SkyBuild has pivoted toward sustainable development, with all new projects from 2022 required to achieve LEED Gold certification minimum. The company is also a pioneer in smart home technology integration and blockchain-based property title transfer.
