Biography
Lena Berg is a Norwegian entrepreneur, computer scientist, and AI researcher widely recognised as one of Scandinavia's most influential technology executives. She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of NordAI Solutions, an enterprise artificial intelligence company headquartered in Oslo, Norway, with operations across Europe, North America, and Singapore.
Born in Bergen, Norway, in 1985, Berg demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for mathematics and computer science from an early age. She studied Computer Science and Machine Learning at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim before completing a PhD in Natural Language Processing at ETH Zürich in Switzerland, where her doctoral research on multilingual transformer architectures became widely cited in the NLP research community.
Following her PhD, Berg spent three years as a research scientist at DeepMind's London office, contributing to foundational work on language model alignment.
